Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Saidso.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Saidso provides an AI-powered customer service platform that listens to customer requests, understands intent, and executes authorized actions across your systems with complete audit trails. The Service includes voice and chat interfaces, action automation, transcript generation, and administrative dashboards.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Action Authorization & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for configuring and authorizing actions that Saidso may perform on your systems. You must ensure that all authorized actions comply with your business policies and applicable laws. Saidso provides the tools for action execution and audit logging but does not assume responsibility for the business outcomes of authorized actions.

Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• Usage fees (minutes/messages) are billed separately based on consumption
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We collect and process data as necessary to provide the Service, maintain audit trails, and comply with legal obligations.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Saidso Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saidso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data subject to our retention policies and legal obligations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
